I’m a writer, editor, and author in the Philippines with a strong background in publishing and digital content strategy & development.
My work has appeared in major broadsheets such as The Philippine Daily Inquirer and The Manila Bulletin; leading lifestyle magazines such as Metro Society; and websites, including The Huffington Post, GMA News Online, CNN Philippines, and Rappler. I have written for industry publications distributed across Asia, namely Asian Banking and Finance, Business and Commerce Asia, and Asia Fund Managers.
As a freelancer, I plan and create content for various platforms using my knowledge in project management software; skills in graphic design and basic video editing; and experience in social media management, community engagement, and other digital marketing campaigns. As a content specialist, I value in-depth research, feedback loop, and collaboration.
I have provided editing and proofreading services for educational websites, an events management firm in Singapore, and one of Asia’s leading e-commerce travel platforms.
I also write poetry, fiction, and creative non-fiction. Some of my poems are published in The Manila Times and The Philippines Graphic. My piece “Calendars” is featured in My Lot is A Sky, an anthology published in Singapore and written by female poets from all over Asia. My first poetry collection, Breakaways, was released in 2019.
In my free time, I like reading books and watching sitcoms, political drama TV series, and psychological thriller films.
